Integrate
We join your team, same codebase, same standups, same channels. We write the code together, set up guardrails and monitoring together, and document everything as we go. Your engineers are part of the entire integration.

How long does a typical engagement last?
Strategy-only work usually runs 4–6 weeks. If we're integrating a system end-to-end, it's more like 3–6 months. We'll give you a clear timeline before anything starts.
Who do you work with?
Real estate agents, teams, and brokers. Residential agents, listing specialists, buyer's agents, luxury agents, commercial brokers, and investor-focused agents whose business runs on relationships.
How big is your team?
Small. Senior. The person on your first call is the person doing the work. That's the whole idea.
What does pricing look like?
Project-based, scoped to deliverables. You'll know what you're paying and what you're getting before we start. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers.
Can you work with my VA or contractor?
That's the default. If someone else operates parts of your practice with you, we bring them into the build so they're not guessing how to use it after we leave.
